One of the most delicious treats I ever had was actually something I made myself. Yeah, I know I am biased. It was a very simple (almost stupidly simple) chocolate mousse. It was light, smooth, silky, and the perfect amount of chocolate. I have since lost the exact recipe due to having changed phones, and it was saved on the actual phone, not the cloud.
I have tried many recipes since I lost that recipe, but nothing will top the few times I made the perfect recipe, and the chocolaty goodness was the best.
